CISSP Preparation: Covers content that maps to most of the 8 subject matter domains within the formal Core Body of Knowledge (CBK) required for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – the Cyber Security ‘gold standard’ qualification.

Modules: 6 exciting Modules, each taking four weeks

  • Module 1: Threat and Risk: Expecting the Unexpected (10 Credits);
  • Module 2: Network Architecture, Communications and Protocols (10 Credits);
  • Module 3: Mobile Data Risks and IoT (10 Credits);
  • Module 4: Investigations and Incident Response (10 Credits);
  • Module 5: Solutions: Future-Proofing your Business (10 Credits);
  • Module 6: EU GDPR and Data Security (10 Credits)

Assessment: One formal assignment at the module end. Informal (formative) exercises during module. Formal assessments include business reports and presentations. Informal include quizzes, comprehension, brainstorming and practice reports.

EU GDPR: Covered in a proficient manner via a dedicated module

Accreditation: Pass every module to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Cyber Security: Management and Operations issued by a UK awarding body.
