International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code courses either at our training centre in the UK, at your premises or off-site. Securewest provide education and assessor qualifications for those who work, or want to work as teachers/trainers in the further education and skills sector, including those who are not in a teaching role.
Experienced, professional trainers run a range of travel risk training courses to enhance your traveller safety and meet your duty-of-care obligations. They are aimed at groups of travellers, high-risk individuals or persons responsible for booking travel.

ELCAS (Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme) funding is available to serving and ex-members of the British Armed Forces. As an Approved Training Centre, you can use your ELCAS funding for a selection of our courses to progress your career and further develop your skills.

08-DEC-20 – Robbery – A berthed MV was boarded at Abidjan port, Côte d’Ivoire. An unknown number of intruders stole a mooring rope and a pump before escaping in a small canoe.

13-DEC-20 – General Security Warning – A MT has experienced an explosion whilst carrying out operations approximately 5 nm SW of Port of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. There are also unconfirmed reports of a second vessel being involved in an incident.
General Security Warning: Incidents which do not fit in the other categories, but enhance the situational awareness, e.g. flag state advisories or an attack on a non- commercial vessel such as a warship.
Robbery: Theft from a vessel or from persons aboard the vessel.
